Celebrating Parks for all people: Olmsted 200

Over the next two years, our counterparts in the United States will celebrate Frederick Law Olmsted's bicentennial anniversary and his legacy. We are pleased to announce that Birkenhead Park became their first international partner!

In the face of a global pandemic, public parks and places have never been more critical. And, as we have seen in recent months, they are not luxuries. They are – as Paxton and Olmsted understood – essential to well-being.

The campaign focuses on the future of parks and open spaces around the United States. It aims to inspire a dynamic conversation about the role of parks and greenspace.
